The vendor we utilize for ACH payments and Pay Portal payments is changing to Forte. In September 2025, these changes will include an updated URL to the Forte Pay Portal (please see below for screen shots of the old and new pay portal for reference)
The new pay portal should have similar features -
including paying via check or via credit card (with same fees).
Payments in Pay Portal should indicate a payee of:
"EASTRIDGE CONDO ACH YYMMDD WEB"
The change will include some updates:
* we are being told that payments can be made via Amex *
* we are being told that payments are no longer limited to $750 *
