NOTICE FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AS OF 10/12/25
The new vendor for the Pay Portal is not currently charging a convenience fee for credit card payments via the new Pay Portal. This additional fee is important so that the HOA does not incur the fees the vendor charges for credit card charges.
Until this can be fixed, please make sure to manually add the convenience fee to your total amount at time of check out.
For 2 unit 2 bedroom units: Monthly HOA Fee is $253 + $8.86 = $261.86
For parking spot rental only: Monthly Fee is $50 + $1.75 = $51.75
NEW PAY PORTAL - CHANGES EFFECTIVE 9/26/25
The vendor we utilize for ACH payments and Pay Portal payments is changing to Forte.
These changes will include an updated URL to the Forte Pay Portal
(please see below for screen shots of the old and new pay portal for reference)
Expected Changes to Owners Should be Minimal
The new pay portal should have similar features -
including paying via check or via credit card (with same fees).
Payments in Pay Portal should indicate a payee of:
"EASTRIDGE CONDO ACH YYMMDD WEB"
The change will include some updates:
* we are being told that payments can be made via Amex *
* we are being told that payments are no longer limited to $750 *
